Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Farmington community is seeking a Wellness Coordinator (Scheduler) to support the Resident Care team in providing direct care to seniors. This full-time role focuses on scheduling coverage, coordinating calls, and ensuring compliant staffing so residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

The position requires CNA or CHHA certification, strong communication, punctuality, and ability to use calendar tools and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Ability to manage schedules, call outs, and time-off requests per state requirements.
• Proficient with calendar management, scheduling tools, and email software.
• Clear communication with residents and co-workers.
• Punctual and reliable in daily living activities support.

Responsibilities

• Manage call outs, time off requests and other schedule issues.
• Provide RCA coverage as needed if openings in the schedule cannot be filled.
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks with the electronic health record system.
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping duties.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
