Primary duties include greeting patients, handling check-in/check-out in clinic systems, managing appointments, answering calls, guiding onboarding, and promoting Wellness Plans to grow memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and patients with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor
• Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently using clinic systems (e.g., POS, Carbon)
• Maintain smooth patient flow to support both new patients and established visits
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
• Assist patients with completing required forms and onboarding processes
• Ensure all patient interactions reflect a high level of service and professionalism
• Confidently present and sell Wellness Plans, packages, and promotions
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and ongoing wellness
