Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with clinic systems (POS, Carbon)
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries; assist with forms and onboarding
• Present Wellness Plans and promotions; aim to meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain clinic operations: cash handling, logs, inventory, and cleanliness
• Support team culture, participate in meetings and trainings, and uphold policies
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach efforts
