Job summary

Massage Envy in Carmel Mountain is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires friendly, attentive customer service, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced reception area.

You will educate clients on the Wellness Program, book services, process payments, and help grow the client base through friendly outreach. Full-Time or Part-Time options available with varied day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and guest relations.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on the Wellness Program and services; book future visits.
• Process payments and assist with retail purchases per provider recommendations.
• Greet clients, answer calls, and help maintain clinic flow.
