Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and basic computer skills, with ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services and total body care benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care, Wellness Program, and service recommendations; book future services.
• Maintain clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
