The role supports daily operations, greets clients, schedules services, answers calls and emails, and helps grow the client base with personalized recommendations. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills.
• Great people skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy Wellness Program and services; book appointments and promote retail.
• Answer phones and emails; manage scheduling and clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
