Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator to drive memberships and deliver excellent patient service in our Indianapolis area clinics. You will handle check-ins, phone inquiries, and promotions, while staying organized in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong phone/computer skills, and the ability to educate patients on wellness offerings. This role offers growth within a nationwide chiropractic network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to use POS software and keep patient accounts current.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Greet members and check in patients for chiropractor visits.
• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and promote memberships and packages.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workflow.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
