The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to be the face of the clinic, guiding patients from check-in to checkout with exceptional service. You will promote memberships, share wellness insights, and help create a positive, efficient clinic experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to patients and members.
• Promote and sell memberships to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Educate patients on wellness options and share chiropractic experiences.
• Manage clinic flow and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Participate in marketing/outreach to bring in new patients.
• Support team with positivity, professionalism, and accountability.
