Job summary

NCH Healthcare System is seeking an Administrative Associate for the Wellness North team at 2330 Immokalee Road, Naples, FL. The role focuses on delivering friendly front-desk service, managing memberships, and handling financial transactions to support our wellness centers.

Responsibilities include creating and updating member accounts, promoting memberships, processing payments, scheduling services, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• Two years customer service in a fast-paced environment, one year required.
• Within 90 days, CPR, AED, and First Aid training required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and update member accounts in the online membership platform.
• Promote and sell memberships and additional services to members.
• Provide front desk support and answer phones professionally.
• Process payments and reconcile point-of-sale at end of shift.
• Assist with training and quality improvement initiatives.
