Power Wellness at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Health & Fitness Center seeks a Member Services Associate to deliver top-tier member and guest service at the front desk, handle enrollment procedures, and recruit and retain members with upselling of ancillary services.

The role involves cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing drawers, with CPR/AED certification required within 90 days. The position supports a Tuesday 12pm-7pm shift and other shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Stand for 3–6 hours per shift.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service desk operations including opening/closing, phones, guest registration, and fees.
• Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services (training, massage, nutrition).
• Schedule appointments via Compete software and manage reminders and cancellations.
• Balance cash drawers and handle credit/debit policies and cash handling procedures.
• Enroll members via contracts, collect signatures and payments, and provide member handbook.
• Communicate across departments via radio as needed.
• Aim for customer satisfaction metrics (surveys, secret shops).
• Maintain an average of 5 shifts per month.
