StretchLab Naples is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven individual for our new satellite studio in Marco Island as a part-time Front Desk Sales Associate.

The role supports membership sales, book Intro sessions, greet clients, manage front desk and software, and help grow the studio’s community through events and excellent service. Fitness minded candidates with strong communication thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve membership sales targets.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and work weekends.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Management team with the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Book and confirm intro stretches.
• Greet and check-in clients at the front desk.
• Conduct tours and identify members' needs.
• Maintain daily sales production and assist events.
