Job summary

North Mississippi Health Services, Wellness Center is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative to ensure a high quality member experience. You will welcome members and guests, manage front desk administrative tasks, register new members, and inform on membership benefits and programs to facilitate positive experiences.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus basic computer and clerical abilities, and a professional, caring attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have proven communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve people with a caring attitude.
• Must have basic computer and clerical skills.
• Must have excellent leadership skills.
• Must be accountable for the optimal function of the front desk.
• Must be a role model and representative of the Wellness Center at all times.
• Must be able to communicate information effectively concerning membership and other pertinent information about the Wellness Center to members, guests, and staff.
• Must provide the first impression of the center and must convey a high level of professionalism, service, and care to members and prospective members.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and guests and informs on programs and membership benefits.
• Performs front desk operations and registers new members.
• Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
• Processes point of sale and pro shop operations and schedules enrollment appointments.
• Provides information on all special membership programs for individuals and corporate memberships.
