Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced retail healthcare team in Greenacres, FL. You will greet patients, manage check-ins, assist with scheduling, and support wellness plan sales, all while delivering a superior patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service/sales, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
