The Joint Chiropractic in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking an experienced Wellness Coordinator to join as a Front Desk Coordinator on a part-time basis. You will be the first and last contact for patients, ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout, while driving memberships and service education in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of front-desk and healthcare experience, with strong sales and customer service skills. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• This position requires front-desk experience and ability to manage busy, high-volume patient flow.
• Experience in healthcare, medical office, chiropractic, or similar environments is preferred.
• Ability to explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services clearly to patients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front-desk contact for patients from check-in through checkout.
• Manage patient flow with accuracy and efficiency in a busy clinic.
• Explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services to patients.
• Support clinic revenue and membership goals through sales and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate patient information and payments in the POS and records systems.
• Re-engage inactive members and follow up to encourage continued care.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
