Job summary

ACME Athletics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a part-time Revive Front Desk role to welcome guests, manage appointments, and keep treatment rooms and equipment ready. You will learn Mindbody scheduling, assist with room turnover, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and privacy.

The role requires reliable availability including some evenings or weekends and CPR/AED certification by the start deadline. Open availability preferred for a 20–30 hour week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in Revive members and guests.
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and check out appointments in Mindbody.
• Explain service options accurately.
• Track included Signature sessions and other redemptions.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment and recovery rooms.
• Maintain towels, linens, forms, and room inventory.
• Support safe orientation for recovery equipment.
• Coordinate daily schedules with providers.
• Monitor equipment readiness and report malfunctions.
• Mark unsafe equipment out of service.
• Answer phones and respond warmly to questions.
• Process approved POS transactions.
• Protect member privacy and professional boundaries.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate leader.
• Complete opening/closing/sanitation/supply checklists.
