Qualifications

• High School diploma, college degree preferred.
• Previous experience handling money.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and work ethics.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. Strong team player.
• Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Availability of working nights, weekends and holidays.
• Availability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members and be knowledgeable about services offered.
• Process transactions and handle money.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
• Enroll members in programs and make spa/personal training reservations.
• Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts.
• Report incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain staff communication books and liaise with team.
• Assist with events setup and operational duties as needed.
