bio/synergy Health + Wellness in Bethesda, MD is seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to greet guests and guide them toward our Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions and Body Sculpting services.

You will handle check-in/out, scheduling, payments, and stay sharp with ongoing product training. Part-time role, minimum 20 hours per week, weekends required. BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set the tone for a warm, professional first impression.
• Guide guests through our services – including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, and Body Sculpting – and help them find the right fit.
• Lead consultations that connect guest goals to the services and packages that best support them.
• Handle day-to-day front desk operations: check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Keep the center clean, organized, and up to our sanitation standards.
• Support marketing efforts, from seasonal promotions to community outreach.
• Assist wellness providers with room prep and equipment setup as needed.
• Stay sharp through ongoing training on new products, protocols, and services.

Requirements

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain certification before starting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Genuine passion for health and wellness, with a desire to grow within the industry
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new scheduling and payment software quickly

Preferred

• Experience as a front desk receptionist, customer service representative, or in a health, fitness, or wellness setting
• Background in membership or service-based sales (e.g., fitness center, med spa, salon)

Schedule Requirements

• Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week
• Available at least two days per week, including weekends
