Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Wellness Representative to greet clients, assist with bookings, and educate customers on services and memberships. You will onboard new clients, process waivers, and maintain a welcoming store environment focused on wellness.

The role involves assisting over the phone, managing scheduling, and promoting a positive customer experience at our location. Weekend availability and a passion for health are valued.

Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
Passion for health and wellness.
Willing to work weekends.
Strong communication and collaboration.
Pursuing degree in kinesiology or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with wellness services and bookings.
Handle phone inquiries and voicemail, manage bookings.
Onboard new clients with waivers and profiles.
Guide clients on services and memberships.
Open and close store operations and maintain safety.
Represent the brand and uphold Restore’s values.
Foster a fun, engaging store culture.
