Job summary

ACME Athletics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Part Time Revive Front Desk Associate to create a welcoming, premium guest experience. You will welcome members, check them in, manage appointments, and keep treatment rooms and recovery equipment organized for smooth daily operations.

Using Mindbody, you will schedule, confirm, modify, and check out appointments, explain services, and process POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer-service instincts.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple appointments.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable learning Mindbody and Revive equipment procedures.
• Able to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Available for a consistent schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
• CPR/AED certification by the required start deadline.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, spa, or medical reception preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in Revive members and guests.
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and check out appointments in Mindbody.
• Explain walk-in, reserved, and staffed Revive services accurately.
• Track included Signature sessions and other eligible redemptions.
• Prepare, inspect, clean, and reset treatment and recovery rooms.
• Maintain towels, goggles, linens, intake forms, cleaning supplies, and room inventory.
• Support safe first-use orientations for approved recovery equipment.
• Coordinate daily schedules and room turnover with massage and stretch providers.
• Monitor equipment readiness and report malfunctions.
• Mark unsafe equipment out of service until cleared.
• Answer phones and respond warmly to basic service questions.
• Process approved POS transactions.
• Protect member privacy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Escalate medical, safety, billing, or service concerns to the appropriate leader.
• Complete opening, closing, sanitation, and supply checklists.
