Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Charleston, SC is seeking a Health and Wellness Representative to greet clients, assist with services, and guide them through booking and onboarding.

You will educate clients on benefits, perform opening/closing duties, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a welcoming store culture. A year of customer service in retail is preferred, with growth opportunities in related health fields.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Assist with phone inquiries, voicemails, and booking/rescheduling/cancellations.
