Job summary

StoryPoint Group's Georgetown community in Kentucky is seeking a Wellness Director to guide resident care, oversee clinical operations and lead a team to deliver high-quality service aligned with 1440 care standards.

You'll manage evaluations, care plans, and budget, while partnering with executives and external partners to maintain compliance and drive resident satisfaction. A licensed nurse and CDP certification are required or pursued within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State required.
• CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance.
• Revenue for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans: ensure right care at the right price with the right staff.
• Alzheimer and Dementia Program Coordinator.
• Understand and lead to our 1440 care standards.
• Communicate vision and translate goals to staff and residents.
• Build relationships with community leaders and external partners.
• Market wellness with Executive Director and Sales Team.
• Perform admissions and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months or on change of condition.
