Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to guide clinical resident care, optimize performance, and strengthen staff connections. You will oversee care conferences, evaluate residents quarterly, and ensure alignment with 1440 care standards while coordinating with families.

The role requires an active LPN license, prior supervisory experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to lead a dedicated team in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license must be active in the state.
• Supervisory experience is preferred/required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation manuals; write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for team performance.
• Oversee IL/AL care evaluations, conferences, and staffing for value-aligned care.
