Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services and optimize performance across the community. You will oversee staffing, care planning, and compliance with 1440 care standards while maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, revenue management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to complex issues and changing priorities in a dynamic senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Michigan as LPN or RN; CDP required within 90 days.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for team performance.
• Ensure right care at the right price with the right staff.
• Coordinate Alzheimer and Dementia care programs and 1440 standards.
• Communicate vision and align goals with staff and residents.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
• Support admissions evaluations and care plan changes.
