Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to oversee clinical resident care services, drive a 1440 experience, optimize performance, and strengthen employee connections within our community.

The role requires nursing licensure (LPN/RN) in Ohio, prior supervisory experience, and experience in assisted living/memory care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance.
• Revenue, Evaluations & Care Conferences for IL/AL: responsible for ensuring right care, at the right price with the right staff.
• Employee Connection: lead to Employee First by setting clear expectations, giving and receiving regular feedback, and growing staff.
