Job summary

StoryPoint Washington is seeking a Wellness Director to lead clinical resident care services and deliver a 1440 experience within our community. The role focuses on performance optimization and strong staff relationships.

The position requires an LPN license (CDP within 90 days) and preferred leadership and memory-care experience. It includes revenue management, care plan oversight, and collaboration with partners. A flexible schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse with state registration.
• CDP certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to manage revenue and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team performance and accountability.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans.
• Coordinate Alzheimer’s and Dementia programs.
• Ensure compliance with 1440 care standards.
• Communicate vision to staff and residents.
• Foster partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
• Market wellness with Executive Director and Sales Team.
• Conduct resident admissions and semi-annual evaluations; set measurable goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain written orders for care plan changes.
• Review incidents and address personnel issues.
• Communicate emergency policies and keep staff informed.
• Drive continual improvement and be flexible for on-call, weekends, and holidays.
