Responsabilités

• Lead and be accountable for team performance.
• Drive revenue for wellness services and care plans.
• Coordinate Alzheimer's and Dementia programs.
• Align with 1440 care standards and communicate vision.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
• Market wellness with Executive Director and Sales Team.
• Perform resident evaluations and set measurable goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely care plan changes.
