Job summary

StoryPoint Gahanna Central is seeking a Wellness Director to provide leadership over clinical resident care and to deliver the 1440 experience, optimizing performance and staff-resident connections.

The ideal candidate holds LPN or RN licensure, demonstrates leadership, and can manage revenue, care plans and regulatory compliance in a memory-care focused community. On-site role with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered in the State.
• CDP required prior to or within 90 days of hire.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage wellness team and accountability for performance.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations & Care Conferences and Service Plans at appropriate pricing with staff.
• Coordinate Alzheimer’s and dementia program.
• Ensure adherence to 1440 care standards.
• Communicate organizational, community and wellness goals to staff and residents.
• Develop partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
