Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 60 days of initial employment.
• Hospitality, spa and wellness, customer service, administrative and sales, office management or guest relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with Aloha and provide personal, professional service, ensuring guests feel welcome and secure.
• Provide accurate information on spa offerings, upsell treatments and services based on guest needs.
• Assist guests with spa reservations, changes and cancellations via phone, email and in person.
• Perform opening and closing procedures checklists.
• Support daily spa operations across areas as needed.
• Handle billing and payments for spa services and retail transactions.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and department hours.
• Check-in guests and provide tours of locker rooms and fitness facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa desk, relaxation area, locker rooms and fitness facilities.
• Ensure restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness areas are stocked with guest supplies.
• Participate in training sessions and planning meetings.
• Take ownership of guest complaints and resolve issues proactively.
