Mauna Lani is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to enhance guest experiences in our spa and retail areas. You will schedule treatments, greet guests, and assist with merchandise sales and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, spa, or retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an outgoing team.
• Excellent communication style and skills.
• Prior luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Combination of education and work experience.
• Part Time (15 - 25 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Schedule treatments and greet guests.
• Sell spa merchandise and assist with merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas and common spaces between appointments.
• Process spa reservations and billing, assist guests on arrival/departure.
• Support guest relations and address complaints promptly.
• Maintain discretion and diplomacy in all duties.
• Support spa linen and garment upkeep to high standards.
• Participate in programs, meetings, and training.
