Job summary

Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection in Hawaii seeks a Wellness Coordinator to deliver an inspiring health and wellness experience at our Spa & Fitness centers. You will greet guests, provide information on spa offerings, and coordinate appointments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure.

The ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, passionate about wellness, and offers excellent customer service. CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 60 days are required, with prior hospitality or spa experience

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
Background in hospitality, spa and wellness, customer service, administrative and sales, office management and/or guest relations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with Aloha and provide personal, professional service.
Provide accurate information on current spa offerings and upsell treatments as appropriate.
Assist guests with spa reservations, changes and cancellations via phone, email and in person.
Open and close spa procedures and checklists.
Assist in all areas of daily Spa operation.
Handle all billing and payments for spa services and retail transactions.
Know hotel facilities and hours of operation for all departments.
Check-in guests and give tours of locker rooms and fitness facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in spa desk, relaxation area, locker rooms and fitness facilities.
Participate in training sessions, communications and planning meetings.
Own guest complaints and act to rectify the situation.
