Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator in Snellville, GA to be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and driving membership sales. You will actively promote wellness plans and visit packages while educating patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care.

You will manage patient flow, handle transactions, and support clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Conversion: Actively promote and sell wellness plans and visit packages to new and existing patients.
• Customer Service & Patient Engagement: Greet patients enthusiastically and build rapport at every visit.
• Clinic Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized clinic and manage patient flow and transactions.
• Administrative Support: Assist patients with paperwork, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
• Teamwork & Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives and help achieve clinic sales goals.
