Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA seeks a Wellness Coordinator to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors. You’ll educate patients on wellness plans, assist with memberships, and drive clinic growth while supporting a fast-paced team.

Starting pay is $17/hour with performance bonuses, with earning potential up to $25/hour. This role includes training, advancement opportunities, and a collaborative, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to educate patients on wellness plans, packages, and membership options.
• Comfortable talking about pricing and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth, energy, and care.
• Help new patients feel welcome and confident in choosing our clinic.
• Educate patients on wellness plans, packages, and memberships.
• Communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care.
• Support clinic goals for new patients, memberships, retention, and growth.
• Check patients in, process payments, answer phones, and maintain accurate information.
• Build relationships with patients and keep them engaged in care.
• Partner with doctors to create a seamless patient experience.
• Ask for referrals and help expand community reach.
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and ready for patients.
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing.
