Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator in Florida. This part-time role focuses on greeting patients, educating them on wellness plans, and converting inquiries into memberships and treatment packages. You’ll be the first contact, delivering excellent service and supporting sales goals.

You will assist with daily clinic operations, manage patient flow, and help promote marketing initiatives to attract new patients while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to new and existing patients.
• Greet patients warmly, build rapport, and encourage engagement.
• Maintain clinic operations, inventory, and smooth patient flow.
• Assist with paperwork, schedule appointments, and manage records.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
