Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, promoting wellness plans and packages while delivering outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, manage patient intake, and support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous office management or marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Conversion: Actively promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to new and existing patients, aligning with chiropractors’ treatment plans.
• Customer Service & Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly, build rapport, and educate them on benefits of care.
• Clinic Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean, stocked, and efficient clinic; handle POS transactions and patient accounts.
• Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
• Teamwork & Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives and collaborate to meet clinic sales goals.
