Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to members and patients.
Greet members and patients, check-in, and assist in scheduling with the chiropractor.
Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
Educate patients on wellness offerings and membership options.
Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
Present and sell memberships and visit packages, meeting sales goals.
Follow management policies and be open to feedback and growth.
Collaborate with team in a fast-paced environment.
