Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Wellness Coordinator in Flowery Branch, GA to be the first point of contact for patients. You will promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages while delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling transactions, scheduling, and contributing to marketing efforts to grow patient visits and memberships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with passion for helping others and driving sales.
• Strong sales abilities with presentation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to new and existing patients.
• Greet patients warmly and build rapport to foster loyalty.
• Maintain clinic organization, inventory, and POS transactions.
• Assist with paperwork, calls, scheduling, and patient records.
• Collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients.
