Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking enthusiastic Wellness Coordinators to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and driving membership sales and treatment packages. You’ll educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and manage intake, scheduling, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Conversion: actively promote and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to new and existing patients, aligning them with the treatment plans recommended by chiropractors.
• Customer Service & Patient Engagement: greet patients with enthusiasm, build rapport, and educate them on benefits of routine chiropractic care.
• Clinic Operations & Organization: maintain a clean, organized clinic; manage inventory and patient flow; handle POS transactions.
• Administrative Support: assist patients with paperwork; manage calls and scheduling; maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Teamwork & Marketing: participate in marketing initiatives and collaborate with team to achieve clinic sales goals.
