The Joint Chiropractic is seeking Wellness Coordinators to join a growing team in Georgia. No healthcare experience is required—the company offers training and growth opportunities. You will greet patients, present memberships, handle check-in/out, answer questions, and support sales and outreach efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and are motivated by goals. Weekend shifts and travel within a 15-mile radius may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation required and willing to travel within 15 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
• Present and sell memberships and wellness packages.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts using POS software.
• Re-engage inactive members and support clinic sales goals.
• Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts.
