Vida-Flo USA in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an energetic Wellness Consultant focused on client experience and sales. You’ll engage guests, educate them on services and memberships, and build lasting relationships to guide wellness journeys.

You’ll talk with guests, ask insightful questions, and confidently recommend memberships and services, aiming to meet personal and clinic goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, membership sales, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, customer experience, or another relationship-driven sales environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build relationships and meet measurable goals.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and learn what brings them to Vida-Flo.
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and wellness offerings; make thoughtful recommendations.
• Confidently introduce and sell memberships and additional services.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to turn conversations into appointments and memberships.
• Help drive clinic goals around membership growth, revenue, retention, and performance.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure a seamless check-in through checkout.
• Manage scheduling, checkout, memberships, payments, and front-of-clinic responsibilities.
