Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly and engaging Hyper Wellness Representative to be the face of the store location. You will greet clients, assist with wellness services, and help manage bookings while educating customers on available services and memberships.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service in retail, strong communication skills, and are pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to or pursuing a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with wellness services.
• Assist clients over the phone, handle voicemails, and manage bookings.
• Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.
• Serve as a brand ambassador aligned with Restore’s values.
