Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a wellness/lifestyle coach to oversee a panel of members, conduct telephonic and virtual engagements, and develop personalized care plans to improve health outcomes.

You will use evidence-based interventions across tobacco cessation, weight management, sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition and activity. The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years in a wellness-focused setting, with HIPAA compliance and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Minimum 3 years as RD/Exercise Physiologist/Wellness/Lifestyle Coach in a wellness setting.
• Awareness of HIPAA and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifestyle coaching in tobacco cessation, weight management, sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition and physical activity.
• Develop personalized care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary resources.
• Engage members via phone, digital or virtual visits to improve health outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical outcomes and cost savings from wellness interventions.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate in workgroups to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
