Westminster Retirement Community is seeking a Medical Front Desk Receptionist for the Wellness Clinic. You will greet residents and guests, manage the front desk, and support medical records and billing processes.

The role requires experience as a medical receptionist, CNA certification is preferred, and Proficiency with PCC and Athena Health EMR systems. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Certification as CNA preferred.
• Proficient in using EMR systems such as PCC and Athena Health.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, associates, and guests at the Wellness Clinic front desk.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments for Nurse Practitioners.
• Collect insurance information and data for intake and forms.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with billing.
• Enter patient information into clinic software and verify insurance.
