Experience Momentum, a Mill Creek wellness center, seeks a Front Desk Medical Receptionist for a part-time, evening shift (Mon-Fri). The role requires greeting clients, coordinating appointments, processing payments, and supporting clinic operations in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work closing shift M-F (M-TH until 7:15pm, F until 5:45pm).
• Previous experience in a medical, clinical, or wellness setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support clients in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Manage appointments across service lines to optimize availability.
• Process copays, balances, and payments accurately.
