Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Center Logistics Specialist to ensure operational excellence across our CWCs. You will oversee logistics, inventory, facilities coordination, and event support under the CWC Supervisor and Management Team.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, safety, and quality initiatives like HEDIS and CAHPS, with a strong focus on professional, compassionate member service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of facilities experience.
• Experience with building systems (HVAC, lighting controls, electrical).
• Customer service experience in a managed care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and facilities coordination for IEHP’s Community Wellness Centers.
• Manage inventory and event support; address equipment issues and daily center activities.
• Implement process improvements and maintain a safe, welcoming work environment.
