Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Wellness Center Member & Guest Services operations.
• Oversee member access, checkouts, registrations, and POS transactions.
• Supervise student staff, schedule hours, and provide training.
• Administer membership processes including waivers, verification, and enrollment data.
• Manage Outpost rental operations and equipment tracking.
• Develop reports on usage and participation metrics.
• Ensure facilities are staffed during all operating hours.
