Job summary

The University of North Florida Board of Trustees seeks a RecWell Services Coordinator to oversee the student wellness complex check-in desk, supervise staff, manage budgets, and support wellness and customer service initiatives. This role ensures smooth daily operations and collaboration with campus partners.

Responsibilities include staff development, POS proficiency, inventory control, and coordination of events and promotional activities within the RecWell department.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience per Fla. Stat. 112.219.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with budgeting, financial tracking software, and current UNF systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Member Services check-in desk operations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate Member Services staff.
• Reconcile payroll and manage the Member Services budget.
• Purchase and manage inventory for student needs and merchandise.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the ActiveNet POS system and related tech.
• Coordinate facility use and event scheduling with EMS.
