The Wellness Way in Bismarck, ND is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to greet patients, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and assist with shipments. The role includes engaging with patients in person and on the phone and coordinating friendly interactions that reflect our wellness focus.

You will collaborate with our clinical staff and HQ to create engaging Facebook/Instagram content and support a dynamic, collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with phone experience.
• Strong multitasking and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, greeting patients and handling inquiries.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, payments, and direct to right rooms.
• Create an inviting patient experience and maintain organized workspaces.
• Support shipments and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
