Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, supervision, and performance management for staff.
• Oversee approximately 120 student staff and ensure high-level customer service.
• Manage the comprehensive student employment program for ~650 student staff annually.
• Evaluate HR workflows, develop SOPs, and maintain training materials.
• Oversee department-wide timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Lead membership growth, retention strategies, and revenue initiatives over $900k.
• Develop marketing, partnerships, and sponsorship programs.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and lead data-driven evaluation.
• Oversee POS and facility access software and related systems.

Education
