RELIVE Health Stuart is seeking a Front of House Associate to uphold the RELIVE brand with professional, confidential patient interactions. The role involves onboarding and checkout of patients based on services received, and collaborating with staff and external vendors.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling, maintaining records, handling charges and billing, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Qualifikationen

• GED level education completed.
• Experience in customer service environments.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferable.

Aufgaben

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or by phone.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Notify provider of patient arrival and keep appointments on schedule.
• Answer patient questions and maintain the reception area.
• Maintain patient records and update personal/financial information.
• Process charges, invoicing, and third-party billing.
• Maintain inventory and liaise with Office Manager about equipment/service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Support admin and medical team pre/post-therapy and participate in shared decisions.
• Use online booking systems accurately.
• Answer questions and follow up with patients.
