Job summary

RELIVE Health St. Johns in the Town of Florida area seeks a Front of House Associate to uphold the RELIVE brand with professionalism and confidentiality.

You will communicate effectively with patients and possess extensive knowledge of available products and services, onboarding and checkout procedures for each service. You will schedule appointments, coordinate with the medical team, answer inquiries, and maintain a welcoming reception.

Qualifications

• Educated to GED level.
• Previous experience in Customer Serving environments.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answer inquiries or refer them.
• Manage appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.
• Notify provider of patient arrival, monitor schedule adherence, and communicate delays.
• Comfort patients by addressing anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining the reception area.
• Maintain access to treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Keep patient accounts updated with personal and financial information.
• Handle scripting and billing tasks; process third-party invoicing and fulfillment.
• Maintain office inventory and coordinate with the Office Manager on scheduling service and repairs.
• Protect patient rights by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding data.
• Follow policies and procedures; report needed changes to operations.
• Coordinate with admins and medical staff pre/post-therapy; participate in shared decision making.
• Accurately use online booking systems and assist patients with questions.
